On his sack vs the Raiders, Owen used the stab chop. I think if tackles recognize that, he could go with the long arm, or even a ghost rush. But he did a terrific job of setting the edge on that play vs KC. His hand fighting and decisiveness have vastly improved. Chuck Smith has made an impact. Love your videos coach! Keep up the good work!

Coach what you think of coach Orr so far? Is it me or has Kyle Hamilton and Ro been MIA? Do u think he’s been utilizing his tools and weapons properly?

I remember after we drafted Odafe, I had pretty high hopes. There were times early on where you'd see him make a HUGE play for us, it just didn't happen often. When he did make a big play though, it was a BIG play. I'm glad he's getting more opportunities and is making the most of it.

Especially with Beeks getting the double team in our nickel package, gonna be 10-15 pass plays per game, where the other 3 guys get one on ones.

Oweh shut me up this year. He got caught out of position a lot last year. I felt he wasn’t playing team ball. I’m sure having clowney around helped and made him compete harder too. I think a lot guys don’t understand that if you play team defense, everyone gets to eat because it’s fundamentally sound. getting teams into 3rd and long generate those TFL and Sack plays cause they have to hold the ball. More specifically speaking to Oweh, he would get caught climbing upfield and QB would escape by stepping up. Plenty of times the interior would do their part and get a major push up the middle but he’d speed rush the outside instead of trying to squeeze down (which one of those is playing for yourself and one is trusting the defense and doing your part) I feel he has all the tangibles and everything you need to be GREAT but would consistently get caught out of position

AFAIK, outside of a couple conspicuous plays, Marlon's done pretty well the last couple games. Open to correction. He seems to be getting a lot of screen time, and it's an easy narrative to blame the older CB for coverage trubs. The secondary as a whole needs improvement, but I don't think Marlo is what's hurting us.

I feel.like he was soooo overrated....touted for years. Felt like he disnt do much except a play here or there. Still not convinced. Dont think he strikes fear like any of the great DE in the league
