Very informative talk.I am a member and lecturer (confer degrees) in the Orange(lodge)Royal Arch Purple (chapter)and Royal Black Institution(Preceptory), Protestant fraternal orders here in Northern Ireland, and that's it. I have bought two book/reprint catalogues on the Demourlin fraternal order manufacturers and one reprint of an Oddfellows manual on Amazon other antique fraternal books,medals regalia etc of several fraternal orders as well as visiting Masonic Grand Lodge Halls and an Oddfellows hall in UK and Eire. I have made enquires about becoming an Oddfellow but my nearest lodge is across the Irish Sea in Scotland and alot of lodges don't do the fraternal aspect ie confer degrees and are just Friendly Societies. A lot of my interests seem to stem from America eg American Football (49 ERS) and fraternal orders. The Royal Arch Purple also has the"Riding The Goat 🐐" aspect but it is based entirely on the Bible. The Royal Black institution are hoping to have a Lecturers' Conference in USA in about 3 years time (Covid 19 permitting)and I hope to go too for my first time in the states .Heck maybe I'll even get to visit the Demourlin Museum some day,God willing. Keep up the good work.

@@johnpatrick6998 I am actually an Apprentice Boy as well and am currently President of my Branch Club . The reason I didn't mention this before is that the Apprentice Boys whilst it has some secrets is a far simpilar fraternal order with no memorised degrees and therefore no lecturers.
