Basically it’s a rust bucket, nothing is worth keeping, so you need a complete new shell.

A new body would blow the budget and also there’s a long lead time from ordering to receiving the new body, lots of hard work welding this but it’ll be good 👍👍

Is the bodyshell worth the effort? What a mess. The cost (I refuse to say value!) of these things just blows my mind. I have literally thrown better condition cars than this on the scrapheap back in the seventies and eighties. If only we knew then. . .

Yer it’s worth saving as they sell for loads, a new shell is mega bucks and a long wait time. Hopefully we can save it.
