Sorry about that glass!! I once had a package full of toys stolen from my front porch cos I was taking a shower and didn't see the notification on my phone. I was late by 6 minutes and someone swiped it in the meantime. So frustrating!! I still think about it to this day.

These glasses are a great addition to the collection! I have the full set of the ANH glasses & the 40th anniversary ESB re-release set from GameStop. Sorry to see you got a few that we’re broken. 😞 glad you got reimbursed for the broken ones though.

Couple of things I have learned. If I see damage on a box - I take pics of box before I open. If I sense/hear there's damage to contents - I take pics of each stage of unwrapping the item. If it is an expensive item, I often video the unboxing just in case - especially any glass item. That way they cant say "how do I know you didn't break it?" In the past, I have contacted them and suggest a partial refund. You can always ask to return but you will often be on the hook for cost to ship. But most of my expereinces with getting an item that is broken has been positive and most will be happy to give at least a partial refund to ensure a good review/feedback. Great episode Joey!

Bummer but you maintained a good attitude- not easy to do. I remember these. Don’t remember if I got any but it was fun to watch those old commercials. We were more of a McDonald’s family growing up in the 70s so don’t think they ever did Star Wars glasses back in the day. Fun topic.

Ah Joey...I feel for you on this one. Broken glass sucks! One of the more difficult items to pack & secure well. The seller looked to have wrapped the good, but maybe should have found a more secure way to pack them so they wouldn't have gotten broken. 1 is bad. 3 seems unacceptable, but it happens. Glad the seller was able to work out something with you that you were satisfied with. Otherwise, you could have filed a claim on the shipment. Most UPS/FedEx shipments have a given insurance on them ($100), but I often add more coverage just in case. Still, the glasses you got looked amazing. The art was so minty. Great job getting this collection rounded up. On a side note, I had no idea how many versions of these cups were out there. Fascinating info! I'd be happy with a full set of 12. I wonder if anyone has a full run of all 100+ PCs. Maybe just Steven at Rancho Obi-Wan, eh? Great video sir! HAPPY MAY THE 4TH!!! #StarWarsDay2022

The regular BK glasses are enough for me and when I place these in my new collection stand, i will do a plaque that explains the variants and such. Awesome glass collection. So sorry those ones came broken. Ya have to fill the glass with packing as well as wrap them in bubble wrap when sending glassware and leave a buffer of packing between each one. I have ESB except for the Vader/Boba one. I have all four for RotJ and unfortunately I don’t own any of the original Star Wars glasses -but I’d like them so much. Thanx for sharing these Joey. Awesome. I am glad to hear the seller worked something out for you. If ya need that last glass, let me know and I’ll check back at the local vintage thrift shop cause he has a lot of the ESB and RotJ glasses for $10-$15 each.

Hey thanks John! Yes it was packed poorly, but the seller was super cool and super fast in resolving the issue so I’ll def buy from him again if he is selling non glass items haha. But yea I was able to buy another glass randomly at a local shop. I never see those in San Diego hardly and I can’t believe I found the exact one I needed! I show how I got it. I just went on a hunt after work and boom!

I still have my Return of the Jedi Jabba the Hutt scene Burger King glass from when I was a kid. I was so bummed for you watching you open those three broken ones. The way they were packed and knowing that their thin glass you're lucky you got as many as you did Unbroken. I was definitely fun to watch though and I know you'll get that Emperor glass.

First of all, I am so sorry Joey. That is a total bummer. Still, there is a lot of good news here. #1 You have all but one and that’s very lucky. #2 The drama made for an extra compelling video. I was holding my breath as you unwrapped each glass. #3 It won’t be hard to find a replacement for your missing one. Burger King made a million of those Glasses, and the ROTJ ones are very common. #4 Its definitely the sellers fault. You can not wrap glass in newspaper, place it in a box, and expect it to arrive undamaged. I’m happy to hear the seller reimbursed you for the broken ones. Finally, #5 Great Video! This one will generate extra views and comments. In the end, I’d argue that it’s more beneficial to you to have some arrive broken, rather than all in one piece. The Force is a with You Bro, Always. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Congrats bro, those Star Wars glasses looks sweet. It was very unfortunate some glasses got broken, to be honest the seller could've done a better job. On top of his paper wrapping, he should've backed it up with bubble wraps and a sticker showing a glass breaking with the words very fragile. I'm not gonna lie, while back I was going to do a complete set of Star Wars glasses but shifted my interest elsewhere. Now after watching this episode may had reignited my passion for the Star Wars glasses. May the 4th be with you 😉👍

well that sucks, but i do love the glasses, i have quite a few and some that i still use and run thru the dishwasher, but i was unaware of variants, so you suck, now i have to see what i have and dont have.... yea somthing to do this week.... great show.

There was none. And they were placed too close to one another so there was no shock absorbers in between glasses. Lucky for me, the seller was super cool and gave me a reimbursement for the broken glasses :)

i would be asking for money back on the broken ones, bro. because these weren't packed securely and they should have been padded better. when wrapping glasses, you use paper and bubble wrap. this is just terrible on the part of the seller. also, check your dms on IG, i sent you a link to that glass you needed and it don't cost no $30.00 either.
