I feel like they mistake the "put your brain to sleep thing" more with actually looking at what your seeing. It's like, when I go to sleep I hear the sounds of it but some of it is like...scary to hear at night lol. But when you look at whats happening it can be calming. It's like they think you can see whats happening on the screen while your asleep lol.
