Take a riding class, they also teach you to care for your assigned horse. They have such kind souls. In the summer, they shed like crazy, so the stable will probably appreciate the help 😂

I share a love for desheding horses. We have ponies that get real thick in the winter, but the minute it warms up, you can see the patchy spots of hair escaping. My favorite part is grabbing a bucket and just plucking them.

NON-HORSE FOLK- The gopher will tell us if spring is coming HORSE FOLK- I just brushed a whole other horse....off my horse, Spring is here! P.S- Horse people, the 2d brush you see used on this Belgian mare is called a "SleekEZ", it's the type of wonderful witchcraft you NEED in your life. If you don't have one, GET ONE. They will save you hours of groom time on your horse(s). Omg this brush saved my life during the spring shed!!! It really is a thing of beauty!
