I had the surreal experience of operating a helicopter out of UTO for a couple weeks a few summers ago, it was truly the epitome of awe inspiring!!! The Claus' are the nicest most genuine people Ive ever met!!!! Probably one of my most memorable contracts in my career!

just starting my ground school online and cant wait to start on my ppl later this year! love the videos keep them coming. I live in texas so terrain will be a little different then alaska lol. But since I have started watching your videos I have really been drawn to the tail wheel planes. Are these basically required if you are landing on unpaved runways? wanting to soak up the knowledge! I work at an engine shop right next door to Ultima Thule’s hanger, and have worked on the Otter and a few of their Cubs, they’re all amazing aircraft.
