Good review and good looking knife! I just picked up a Cold Steel SRK and a Trail Boss hatchet from Midway, so I may need to let the dust settle a bit before I buy another knife, but one of these could well be on my short list.

Nice job. I'm surprised nobody went crazy on ya for putting that secondary bevel on there. I do the same thing and guys who worship Mora's go apeshit. I like the sheath and the wide blade with that nice belly. Scandi bites that wood real nice. I'm always looking for a good deal.

Thanks brother! It's such a slight, tiny bevel you can barely see it. But that's all it takes to toughen it up. This one is a great deal!

You gotta be careful with amazon. I just ordered the full flat version and they sent me a 440C. It's ok, but I wanted the D2.
