After your review,i just now ordered,Steve.Thank You!(hopefully. lol) I have been using various flashlights on my air rifles with just plastic colored "filters" taped over the lenses, so I suspect this will be a big upgrade.The price seems right,but only time will tell,but for now ,we'll see.Thanks,buddy!

Not a bad price if the stuff is made well. I got a Beast UV3 torch 365UV Nano Meter light. Everything reacts differently under that filter of light. Recommend wearing uv protective eyeglasses when using otherwise it tires your eyes out but boy does it light things up.

Sorry but too late for me. I have already went with the Olight Warrior X with magnetic tailswitch and simple push on red and green filters, 2000 lumens but no IR. Also the Olight Javelot M3XS-UT, 1200lumens ,filters and tail switch. Also using Olight mounting brackets. But price point a hell of alot more. Best wishes from Northern Ireland.

OLights are great torches, if a tad expensive.

Hi Mate, Am interested in the warrior pro. Can I ask how long the battery lasts on high and what's it like at 100 meters on middle power? Thanks
@derektodd41264 жыл бұрын
@@stuartkerr2205 I just got the Warrior pro not even opened box yet. Regarding Warrior X have not used it enough to measure battery time as I always recharge it. Personally I don't regret spending the extra on any Olight Product.

@@derektodd4126 OK mate thanks. Tempted with the warrior pro but also like the looks of the fenix range. Decisions.
@derektodd41264 жыл бұрын
@@stuartkerr2205 Sorry I can't be more helpful but I have no experience of the Fenix brand. Do not want to mislead you on something that I like. But plenty of reviews out there on Utube

I don’t understand why they put a strobe light on hunting torch it’s annoying especially if you must click the on of button to go through each beam settings
@airgunology5 жыл бұрын
They use the standard CREE II leds like other manufacturers and they come like that. This torch remembers what setting it was at, so once set to say high power, on click and it switches on high power.
@darkshaman70875 жыл бұрын
Steve Allan it’s just a personal thing, as we pressing button to make the beam brighter that annoying strobe starts flashing which is no use to us while hunting it’s more of a survival feature or to disorient someone if being attacked, I don’t understand why they put it on hunting lamps
@airgunology5 жыл бұрын
Once you have it set to high (or another mode) it remembers. So when you switch it on, no changes. Unfortunately all these torch makers have to use the same CREE II leds that are made like this. It is a shame, but most torches are like this unless you go for a dedicated IR torch like a T30
@darkshaman70875 жыл бұрын
Steve Allan that handy as you don’t have to go through all settings there is nothing worse than having the strobe flashing it also affects eyes when out in the darkness, I been looking at the torches as the lamps with their batteries are getting a bit to heavy these days lol, to put on my rimfire but there is so many to chose from, do you know roughly how long the battery power lasts on these torches? But carrying spare batteries is not a problem as they are so light for them.
@airgunology5 жыл бұрын
See the video mate, timings for battery life are in it. But you are right, spare batteries are easy to carry.
