In my Santal community divorce process is done by traditional rituals infront of both husband and wife villagers. There is no court case no divorce paper and no any alimony. We have also dowry system and Man has to give as dowry two cows and traditional clothes jitna ladki wale demand karenge.Same thing applied on ladki😅 ladki bidai ke pehle jab khana khate hen usi time ladka jo chahega demand karega. Agar ladki wale demand fulfill nehi karenge to ladka khana nehi khayega😅😅 Ye sab pehle tha but aj kal nehi he bahut hi rare 100 me 1%.

Only one decision of Government can change the situation.Presently many Robots seems to have infiltrated the legal system instead of sensible men and women manning the positions.They should be identified.I have full confidence in Indian women. They are very sensitive and caring.But the system is the real culprit where there is no understanding of the problems of the litigants.Excess Advocates should be given alternative employment.
