I think foam is my alley but merely I learn from the best, you were born with it molded by it, great build Odin. You could put a thin layer of cloth on the inside of the mesh, making it work like one of the regular masks

LOL I doubt I'll be making this one any time soon but as always, great build and I took your advice about the clear plastic vinyl and I'll be hand stitching my clear plague mask as soon as I can get some clear thread. My husband thinks I should use a contrasting color like black and make the accent color black as well, but I was thinking red if it was a pop of color and I could use different colored lenses for the plague mask.
