This looks cool. I am starting on an All Might cosplay with a foam wig. It's my first time making one. I rewatch the Vegeta wig to get a better idea on how to form and paint it. Hopefully it should turn out almost right.

I have an idea for a prop and that idea is could you make a fake removable cast for your arm that we can cover in different colored self adhesive bandage wraps when we want to use it. because I've only ever seen ones that are done with socks that you cover with the self adhesive wrap which is okay but I'd like something that would give you more of a bulk of a cast that we could wrap in the self adhesive bandage wraps

If those shimmer vials are going to be used for very long you might want to think about how to replace the fluid. Depending on what you used some dyes can clump or fade. Food color is particularly bad for this.
