It's been a while since I watched the first avengers, but I think when loki gets on his "full suit" on that party thing, the scepter is way more taller, and on the start of the movie, when loki is given the scepter and the full chitauri army is presented, the scepter is short, maybe on his final look, it turns taller

there are actually several versions of the scepter. I count 3. 1 - Normal which is similar to Loki's height. 2 - The one Odin Makes made, which is this one. 3 - And there was also a blunt style which was shown in Avengers 1 when Loki went into a building (in Germany) to scan a guys eye to help Clint hack into some area. Also to what DrFrankensteins Creations said... Yes, I do think it expands according to Loki's will.

Loki actually uses 2 different scepters in The Avengers movie. The other one is way bigger, it is about 2 meters tall. Not a lot of people have noticed that in the movie. I found that out recently because I'm making a Loki cosplay haha.

Hi Odin. An idea for the soul stone. Use the briefcase that was at the end of the Endgame when Captain America took the gems back to their own timeline. I guess that is the best "placeholder" for the soul stone. And for the power stone if you can do it the way when they open it. :)
