Odin's Spells from Havamal: #1 of 18

Looking at what Odin could be talking about in his spells/charms from Havamal. Many of these charms are very clear what they could have been. But this 1st charm however is very difficult to determine that. But we do find some spells in magic books such as Galdrabok that could show what this might have been.

I think we should definitely be doing this, searching and figuring out what our ancestors did, but we also should use what we find to create new spells to replace what is lost. We shouldn't be afraid to create. What choice do we have?

its the runes that you chant 18 and 9 might power song from bolthorn help is fehu uruz ansuz raido kenaz and so on they may have been only 18 before the 24 rune

Actually there is a Christian prayer called St. Patrick's breastplate that heavily reminds me of this sort of spell. I don't know if you're going to see this since it's such an old video, but I hope you do

Or it could be just a rune Dagaz along with Gyfu maybe en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dagaz en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gyfu because further in Havamal Odin is talking about the runes and how he found them. And how Odin being the God himself would pray for the help of the other Gods? It couldn't be so.
