Despite all that, zeus fears death while odin embraces it. Example ragnarok vs end of the olympians. Aries beats zeus in the war and gave him 2 choices, either die or make peace and shut off olympus from the world, whole odin knows of ragnarok and couldn't care since he knows he will die and running away is useless, so he chose to do what he can before ragnarok and die in battle.
