Why are we supporting drunken driving by defence officer, when he could had done any accident in road and it is misconduct for gentlemen officer. Even for women, she is equally responsible for taking law into hand, had any normal person, sedition charges would had been fastened. For non registration of FIR, there is procedure, not to abuse officers. Jab isko bura lag raha tha, to officer ko kyu bura nahi lagega. Iske husband ko bhi saadhan hona chahiye, she can very well manipulate facts. Law allow restraint to anyone breaking law even using force. Zero tolerance does not mean, one will drink and abuse any one. She need to be punished for causing hurt also, in navjot sindhu case, body part also include teeth. Ye raat ko sharab band hona chahiye like Gujarat, these people who drink, later create nuisances. She is just trying to get away from accusations of using force restraining her, which the police is very well allowed independent of gender, otherwise, why hand cuffing is done. The story she is making is of such nature, that nothing can come in medical report, which could had got done, and discovered her berated status.

Are these questions necessary? What is necessary as a citizen that when you reach a police station where normally a person feels safe gets arrested and his fiance gets assaulted? No army officer can get arrested without informing the CO. No female can get arrested before sunrise and above all, no one are allowed to remove your clothes.

You’re right - the soldier didn’t do anything. It was the fiancé that kept escalating the situation repeatedly - first, on the road with those 7 college guys (or whoever they were) by showing them the middle finger. The boys naturally confronted her by stopping their car. Argument broke out. Again, you can see the soldier asking them to please leave the matter, while fiancé madam is busy throwing around attitude saying that it’s her car, it’s her fingers, she’ll show whatever she wants with her fingers. Then in the police station, soldier is once again decently writing the complaint quietly while fiancé madam is seen repeatedly harassing the cops (who are also to be blamed really - esp if they refused to file FIR, not having CCTV in todays day and age is just not an excuse). There is a hospital video too - they took her to the hospital after all these allegations took place, but in that video she looks perfectly fine. There are no injuries. Now madam comes out to the media, says a huge pile of nonsense, and the whole world is reacting to it. With the media as usual doing a media trial. If you really care about the truth, see the KZbin video by “Deepika Narayan Bharadwaj” on this matter. She’s an activist who voices against women who misuse the law. She has provided an explanation of the facts and video evidences - as much as is available today. Do take a look and decide for yourself.
