A low pressure area formed in the North West Bay of Bengal. A low pressure area has formed over Gangetic West Bengal and adjoining Bangladesh sub-region under the influence of cyclone. The low pressure area will further intensify and will turn into low pressure in about 48 hours. IOrange alert has been issued to 4 districts and yellow alert to 9 districts for today. Heavy rain is likely in the state till next 21st.
