In this present trend it needs to equal integrated development of 3rdc zonal headquarters cities cuttack Sambalpur Berhampur and 30districts headquarters cities 55subdivisions headquarters cities, apart from the development of bhubaneswar. Because the bhubaneswar capital cities is the 20lacs public living public using cities only and daily 5lacs floating public users cities of the state. Whereas unless the state government administration develop the rest 3rdc zones headquarters cities cuttack Sambalpur Berhampur and 30districts headquarters cities 55subdivisions headquarters than the 4crores hardworking public are depriving the entire odisha state s urban development facilities and the odisha state cannot compete to the other developed cities of the country. Odisha state mean s urban semiurban urban or rural unless be upgraded and developed with international statused concept for the integrated development of the infrastructure of the every townships of the state equally and 53000 villages of the state unless developed with equal rural development integrated development plan the odisha state 4crores public cannot be benefitted like other developed state s. The odisha state government administration is working only bhubaneswar cuttack puri Rourkela urban cities for some needbaaed projects since last 25years for 65lacs public benefit s and neglecting to 4crores public of the 30districts from 3rdc zones 55subdivisions 314 block s 6798gps 53000 villages. In the name of odisha state development, the state government administration only working years together term after term s of the government and confinded all developmental services provider projects at bhubaneswar only instead of decentralized all development services provider projects to establish at 3rdc zones headquarters cities and 30districts headquarters cities for 4half crores massive public benefit for their equal development facilities from their zonal headquarters cities and district headquarters cities and subdivision s headquarters cities..The Independence though already left 76years till yet our state government administration and central government administration not yet provided the real development services facilities to the 53000 villages in the odisha state and 7lacs villages, for the villagers of the country. The entire state government constitutional administration and central government constitutional administration s are just passing the time term after term s of government by enjoying the battle s of political parties organization leaders workers and their undisciplined politics and various political parties activities. The 4pillars of the constitutions under one pillar single window just seating s and not at all realizing about the 145 crores hard working public of the country and country wide all sector s public of the country. Unless the country central government administration and state government administration impertial and judiciously free from the political parties organization leaders workers undisciplined politics and political activities work under one India development plan and under one odisha development plan coverages the integrated development equally through the decentralization of the every development services provider projects and program s by reaching to the rdc zones headquarters cities and district headquarters cities and subdivision headquarters cities, the public and area's wouldn't equally get equally development services facilities from the state government administration and central government administration. It needs to checked the excessive suppressements of the undisciplined politics and political parties organization s leaders undisciplined political activities which are hampering the peaceful environment and disciplined living working life tracks of the all sector s public of the every corner of the states and country. For which the Indian constitutional president secretariates governor secretariates cji sc India higher judiciaries District administration police administration judiciaries defence administration and the constitutional public administration s, the civil societies development forums of the every corner s should be more consus and headstrong s for the constructive developmental management disciplined for the integrated development of the every corner of the state and country, instead of giving importance and one sided scopes to the national capital, state capital cities and metro cities living 18% public benefit s on the 82% hardworking hard earned money of the semiurban rural 140crores public of the country. The public want s equal development services facilities from the villages level to state level instead of confinded at capital cities level of the state and country. through decentralized the development projects benefit to the door step s of the every villages and every townships. of the country. Unwanted undisciplined politics political parties organization leaders workers activities and their unwanted undisciplined speeches talk s and exploitation s to the public from the every corner should be checked and constructive minded broader visionary development missioned developmental progress participations for the rapid growth and development of the every corner of the country and state s should be developed for the larger interest of the country and state s. needed in this very very competitive trend of the country and world.

Mahtab liked Mehta, but Mehta's knowledge was too limited. Mahtab dislikes foreigners and Odias as well in designing the city. When Mahtab went to centre, it was Biju Patnaik convincing Nehru to appoint the German architect, and release funds for the design. Initially, BBSR was designed to accommodate 2.5-3 lakhs of people, in a 50 year span. The initial design included regions from Lingaraj Temple/old BBSR, AAirport to Nandankanan, and from Rasulgarh to Khandagiri. In the initial design, Kathjodi was included, which Mahtab rejected. Kathjodi adjacent areas were reserved for educational institutions, like universities and research institutions.

Ya kathajodi area is being neglected till date ..only because it's in Cuttack ...and history can't understand why Odias have such a discriminatory mindset for Cuttack ??? Cuttack was there when Odisha got its own identity ....who is bhubaneswar?? When that came into existence??? What's its role during freedom movements, education , official decisions in Odisha ????

Bhubaneswar has nothing in special which should be taught in our history books....the way u r presenting about bhubaneswar as if bhubaneswar played a major role in Odisha's history, dignity and culture........ Do u even know the Importance of Cuttack??? How Cuttack was playing major roles during Mughal, British era ....? How meetings were held in Cuttack during formation of an independent state of Odisha in 1936 .......???? Making Bhubaneswar a capital is a black decision in Odisha history...it clearly shows how odia people neglected a glorious historical city of Cuttack and build another dry city of bhubaneswar which can't reflect Odia's spirit
