Hi Mohammmad. This case is from the Pathpresenter.net webpage. You have to register to view the cases. Downloading is not possible, and it would not be useful anyway, as you need a special virtual microscope software to view digital slides. If you just want a pic for yourself, you can printscreen it, or use some similar app as Greenshot etc.
