I have an issue, i backed up the database from a local community and restored it to another odoo server. Both on same version but now I get Database backup error: expected str, bytes or os.PathLike object, not bool. Everything else seems to be working fine but the backing up of any database be they new or restored and duplicated

Thank you for your comments and support. Please conform which backup with file store and with file store have you tried both?. Check the version and any module you are installed on parent , if any module there is a chance to get the error.

@@abethetechie Hi Abe, thank you for replying. The original Odoo was installed on windows and the second one that imported the database was installed on ubuntu. These are the version Windows: 17.0-20240313 Ubuntu: 17.0-20240427 Both seem to have the same modules installed

Can you try the database only option to import, with file store mostly you may get the error I have experienced.
