Something, if we are talking about the customer invoices, so we should set the incoming payments line not the outgoing, right?

Yes! You're correct. Both Incoming and Outgoing should be set. Good catch.

As @ahmedRagab-hw3nv mentioned, you should set Incoming payments account as well. I showed outgoing in the recording.

Lifesaver, thanks for the tutorial. Are you meant to get out of developer mode once you’ve changed the settings?

Hi Lucas. It doesn't matter if you stay in dev mode or not. You will have more things on-screen that you may not want to look at. Other that that, no worry. 👍 -Sean

Thank you for helping out.. One more thing, I believe this will mark all invoices from hereafter to PAID.. how do we move the previous invoices from the IN PAYMENT status to PAID status?

Hello. The easy way is to not care. In-Payment = Paid for all intensive purposes. I think it may work if 1. after you set the payments in and out per this video. 2. Go to the invoice and scroll to the totals at the bottom. 3. Click on the ℹ on the payment > Unreconcile 4. Then re-apply the payment right away. Does that work?

@@clicktheorywebcraft unreconciling and re-applying payment didn't change the "In Payment" status. I guess I'll leave it at that. It's just visually a bit annoying. Thanks for the help!
