Odoo Partner vs Freelancer | Odoo ERP

What Bias is this ??? I've helped a business to secure their server after a year of leaving open by an odoo partner and unsecure without a firewall, with attacks on all open ports. Futhermore used doodba and left it in development mode so everytime docker needed to restart it wiped the database overwritting the company details. I've 12 years experience with Odoo/OpenERP, working in multiple industries. Makes me feel inferior to an Odoo partner according to this video.
