I wish there was easier refunds not just in the POS, but for manual phone credit card captures over the phone. Refunds are still a pain from what I see for Odoo Ecommerce.

Software experience is not a good web experience ok. So much hassle when you try to change your thermal printer it does not support all thermal printers, supported ones also do not connect easily. Overall not user friendly
