Plz I have question concerning the Odoo Portal: Can an employ in Employee model be granted access as a portal user ? for the purpose of accessing some custom models documents rather then: sales orders/invoices ..etc, which are generally customers/vendors based partners ?

You should be called Odoo Masters, not mates ;) btw, is there a wise sollution to inherit and override routes of the controller.. for ex. inheriting controller with /some/controller/route and switch it to /controller/route? Is there also a possibility to add route to the list of routes of certain controller?

hi, thanks for a great illustation. can you help me regarding your video tutorial "How To Add Dynamic Selection Field in Odoo Website Form" ... if I want to add a custom Dynamic Selection Field in odoo Signup Form how I can add it using qcontext? like if I want to add custom field City to select from a list of cities from my table. will it work like: res = res.qcontext.update('city_rec': cty_rec)? please guide. be blessed :)

For this there are free modules in the app store, which adds new fields to sign up form, could you check the code of those free modules and see whether it helps
