Jeżyki are in czekolada deserowa which is 60% dark chocolate. Nimm 2 (actually nimm zwei) these are German sweets. In my opinion, oryginal lemon and orange are much better. Nimm 2 means take two.

If you want to try alco filled sweets, get Beczułki ("little barrels") - little (dark or milk) chocolate barrels with yummie insides. My fav has always been the milky barrel with a milky cream. Another is a dark chocolate barrel with cherrie liqueur. There are also advocat and cognac barrels. Yum! 😋

It’s so funny that you call chocolate alcoholic 😂 but when I was bringing sweets from Poland to share with my coworkers they were asking for alcoholic ones 😂 they treat it like a shot 😂

Wiśniowe. This should be "Sour Cherry" flavour. Wiśnia is sour cherry, Czereśnia is a regular sweet cherry.

For me, the discovery of Duetka was groundbreaking. I usually bought the more expensive versions of 'original' products, such as Ptasie Mleczko. There is a version in Lidl in several flavors and it is also delicious. Chocolate with fruit filling is delicious (they also have raspberry) in cheap discount stores like Biedronka.

"Śmiej żelki" and "Nimm2" are german sweets. (Nimm2 means in german 'take 2' ). Milka in my opinion has much sweeter chocolate, and the marshmallow is totally different. The original Ptasie Mleczko is the best. There is no other answer. And you can buy next time jelly in chocolate, they are also very good.

Milka produces in Poland. For example in Wrocław. 😉

To be more precise, Milka belongs to a British concern. So it's not as German as it might seem. But in times of globalization this is "normal". Most Polish brands belong to foreign corporations and funds. For example, Wedel is already Japanese.

16:20 - there actually are sweets that are basically jelly in chocolate, for example "Mella - Galaretka w czekoladzie" (Mella - jelly in chocolate). Used to love these as a kid 🙂

Czekolada deserowa jest rodzajem czekolady gorzkiej, ma mniej kakao od gorzkiej a więcej od mlecznej.

My favorite sweets are Wawel. Not the jellys in plastic wraps, ones like Kasztanki (love them!), Michałki, Malaga, Tiki-taki or Trufle. Dark chocolate stuffed with sweet, but not too sweet and very flaverous filling. Pretty expensive in the UK (3,5 - 6 GBP) but... oh, they're worth it!

Ptasie mleczko should not be like mashmellows, but like a delicate foam covered with crisp delicate, good quality chocolate. They are always neat and elegant and delicious.

If you fan of jelly, you need to try biscuits with jelly and chocolate called "Delicje". It's Polish version of Jaffa Cakes.

Śmiej Żelki ( laugh Jelly beans) are mainly for children. They are soft and juicy and contain vitamins. better than Haribo Bears. JEŻYKI (Little Hedgehogs )are my favorite cookies (all types - coconut, coffee, cherry, traditional.) I tried the DUETKA and they are very good (I love raspberries), Milka Alpejskie mleczko ( only vanilla) is very good but Ptasie Mleczko Wedel is still number 1, always and forever

try Wedel Ptasie mleczko non classic flavour like strawberry shake/mango shake - it should be available for valentine day - wedel have many flavours but some of them are time limited, for holiday or other occasion

Propably he did not try Ptasie Mleczko in oryginal taste and that is the problem. They ate with caramel chocolate and some christmas flavour. I saw that He ate only from limited editions but not original flavour:(

The best is blue origin creamy (śmietankowe) my second favourite is strawberry mix of Wedel. I have never tried any Odra products it’s something I have never heard about before. Kilka is the worst, they don’t use even real chocolate

The best liquor pralines are "Baryłki" from Wedel with liquid alcohol shot inside, you should try (advocat, whisky, mojito, tequilla, cherry, irish and other flavours).

"Śmiej Żelki" are not Polish sweets, but a variant of the German "Nimm2". Milka Alpejskie Mleczko is a copy of Polski Wedel Ptasie Mleczko. Unfortunately, many Poles do not distinguish Polish brands from foreign ones.

Duetka from Odra is called that because it is an actual Duet of that Jelly and "marshmallow" fluffy milk. Polonised English word here. They are very tasty. I like raspberries taste very much but actually I prefer orange and lemon, contrary to Rob.

I really like pralines with alcohol, but I rarely ate them because they are very expensive, and I ate the rest often and even though they are good, I got bored of them.

I think Duetka is better than caramel ptasie mleczko. But Ptasie mleczko vanilla or cream are way better than Odra. My favourite sweets from Odra are "Ja i Ty" candies, both kiwi/yoghurt and coffee/cream flavours. I remember bringing them to kindergarten on my birthday. Definitely worth trying 😊

Rob, if you have the opportunity to try (chocolate-covered plums) Śliwka w Czekoladzie from Jutrzenka company, don't hesitate. Just like the chocolate-covered jellies, called Mieszanka Krakowska.

Polacy generalnie lubią Ptasie Mleczko, ale chyba jadamy je raczej tylko od czasu do czasu. Napewno jak ktoś chce lepiej poznać polskie smaki to powinien po nie sięgnąć. Ale dobranie odpowiedniego pod siebie smaku bywa czasem już większą sztuką😉😅. Wszystko zależy od tego co kto tak naprawdę lubi. Nie pamiętam czy kiedykolwiek jadłam Odra Duetka, więc ciężko mi się wypowiadać na jego temat. Natomiast Milka jest jedną z moich ulubionych marek słodyczy - dodatkowo kojarzy mi się pozytywnie z domem rodzinnym, więc już wogóle odpadam 😄😉 - chociaż najbardziej kocham ich czekolady (nie alpejskie mleczko). Pozdrawiam serdecznie Wszystkiego dobrego dla Was!

Kochani, Ptasie Mleczko z Milki to fatalna podróbka! Oryginalny pomysł wyszedł z fabryki E. Wedel i do dziś jest tam produkowany. To produkt bezkonkurencyjny :) Koniecznie kupcie w Polskim sklepie w waszej okolicy oryginalne ptasie mleczko i spróbujcie! Enjoy!

I haven't tried any of them. I just do not like marshmellow and strawberry flavour. And if it is about jelly - Haribo is my favourite. Śmiej żelki słodkie means - Laugh jelly sweet. I just prefer kwaśne (acid) ones

Milka is the worst company produced a chocolate sweets. I would have never recommended any chocolate products from Milka. They don’t even use a real chocolate recipe but chocolate-like products. The flavour is very mawkish🤢. On other hand Wedel even if it’s not the same as original polish Wedel century ago it keeps high standards and it has that what kick in with perfect flavour, it’s not bland.

There is many cheap products, like everywhere else, but there are also quality products. Bread though I agree, you must be in a bigger town to purchase quality bread. You can make it yourself, you buy a stove or build it in stone....

@@motorlife7037 that's only one of factors that makes children fat. I would point easy access to sweets, salty snacks and lack of move. For my generation (40+) going home was a punishment. Now it's much easier to show the kid a cartoon and later on give him a phone or tablet than encourage him to do something outdoor.
