I noticed they did not show the bathrooms or closet space/drawers. IMHO if you have to raise the bed to create space to work/live, the room is "probably" too small. Climbing up into a raised bed might seem like a good idea/space saver at first, but that will get old really fast and I suspect most students will opt for having the bed near the floor after a few days, if not sooner. If you had a bunk bed you would normally use the lower bunk for sleeping/sitting, and use the top bunk for storage. A good idea would have been to place a large storage shelf where the top bunk would normally be. One other good idea would probably be to have a chair with better lumbar support and arm rails, like what the desk receptionist was using about 1/3 thru the video. It looks great. I hope Owens house works out, and does not become a "lesson's learned" project on modern living/learning environments. I have seen a lot of campus housing and my son will be living there in the Fall and these are just my thoughts from what I have seen in the video. It is probably best to let the students living there comment on their experience. Go Monarchs!

Will there be any info about what the bathrooms and/or closets look like?
