I think Odyssey is really a beautiful ship that fixed a lot of the problems I had with the quantum class.. that being said, I can’t for the life of me understand why you would build a ship intended for warm weather and then bring it to New York… anthem works in the winter time because of those two pools enclosed… It also confuses me that Royal Caribbean put so much effort into redesigning that second pool Space but they didn’t even think to maybe move the wall for the solarium back a little bit so that way you have a way to enter the solarium from the inside of the ship, or some sort of way to redesign that entrance… I know that solarium is going to be absolutely packed… I really don’t understand why you couldn’t have just kept that glass dome. Honestly, I feel like most people consider that a benefit rather than a disadvantage

It was fabulous crossing & we are looking into doing it again on the Odyssey in 2025 as we already have 3 other cruises booked in 2024. We have done other transAtlantic cruises on other RC ships but on this one, the food in the regular dining was the best every day. All the staff were super & we loved the colorful decor of the pool decks which you can see online.

It was a fabulous crossing transAtlantic which we have booked again for April 2025 from NY/NJ to Rome. The dining room food was great every day & all staff were so happy & helpful.. Norwegian Captain Sindre is a real find of a captain, mingling with the passengers at many events & proved his skills & judgment when he diverted the ship from the stormy Azores to Madeira. So we had a bonus stop on our way to Bermuda. It was an unforgettable crossing & we can't wait for our next one in '25. @@helenalovelock1030

Sorrento's, cafe 270, Solarium bistro, El Loco freah, and cafe promenade are all free. I just got off Odyssey a week ago and we regret getting the dining package because there was so much free food! We felt obligated to eat the specialty dining, but agreed we wouldn't do that again. The ship is amazing.
