What tool and how did you remove the blank... We have similar blank and wish to install but cannot see how to remove?

I have a 2013 mazda cx5 which has a navigation box and a tomtom disk. However when the ignition is engaged the Tomtom logo appears on the display but a short while there after the logo disappears and the system defaults to audio. What do you think is the reason the dish does not load for display?

Hi, good instructions/good job on this Video. I was wandering where to put the Navigation Antenna, delivered with the Tomtom NB 1 Navigation Unit, but now I know. I have a question about the SD sard. I don't have a Tomtom SD card delivered with the NB 1 unit (I bought that unit , because the car wasn't equiped with it). I know you can replace an existing SD card having only 4GB, by a bigger one (8 or 16 GB). You then first have to make a Back up of the old card, then format the new card in a PC/Laptop, then put the new formatted SD Card de NB1 unit, wait till "formatted" by the Navgation System, take the SD Card to your PC/Laptop and then update the Map material (you can buy it via Tomtom or Mazda). My question(s): Do I actualy need an old Tomtom SD-card? or... Can I make a "fresh start" with a new SD card and the new downloaded Map material.
