Btw i want to point out a miss lead information OEM keys at 4:00 can be updated i personally updated my windows 7 Pro OEM key which came with my laptop dated back from 2012 to windows 10 pro with the same OEM key. Still working on 2022. If you need help just reply to this comment i will tell you how to upgrade your OEM key.

You should stay away from OEM keys as they are treated as piracy in a software audit. Only get retail keys. Digital Chill Mart is where I went. Always am provided a retail key from them.

Oem keys aati hai laptop aur prebuilt pc ke sath jo motherboard me feed rhti hai, kitne bar bhi reinstall karke same key dalo wapas reactivate ho jata hai but agar ssd ko nikal ke kisi aur pc ya laptop me laga dia to deactivate ho jata hai key. sirf usi motherboard me wo key chalega kisi aur motherboard me nahi. maine apni ssd nikal ke apne new gaming pc me lagyi to wo windows deactivate ho gaya tha, fir new key leke activate kia.

If it is Retail, it should be mentioned on the box or on the back of Laptop. To activate it you need to go according to your budget whether it is cheap OEM keys or a Retail one.
