Hi, develop your own system of shorthand symbols and abbreviations to write quickly. For eg, Pt for patient, Dg for diagnosis, complaints for Co etc. Identity main points and try to predict the next point, this will help you predict the direction of conversation. These all things will come with regular practice. So do not give up and keep going. All the best.

Best option is to take listening practice materials from any certified OET instructor. Or you can practise from OET listening apps which are available for free download from play store.
