Hi Monica. Yes, you can. In fact, one of your jobs as a writer is to transform the case notes and this often means having to put in things like pronouns. For example, the case notes might say "blistering rash across elbows" and you have to transform that into "She presented with a blistering rash across her elbows." I hope this help!
