The cinematography of the shots capturing the antarctic, the wildlife, the people and what it means to be them... its stunning! What a dream it must be sail to such locations touring with family, I can hardly imagine what it must feel like to be a young adult with such an amazing opportunity to explore and develop a skill set like this together with those who raised you and taught you to ride. What it must feel like to be a father teaching his daughter to push the limits of what she believes she is capable of by leading as an example doing so himself, and not alone but along with his older brother. The trailblazer that set forth what has turned into a generational family endeavor of conquering ones own fear transcending it and setting themselves free to become a far greater form of themselves. This is something only those who truly value all this life has to offer that creates such a wild amount of tenacity and determination to explore and develop together. Grateful to be a witness to something of such spirit and pure magnificence taking place.

While watching the video, I found myself reflecting on many things. As a Korean family of four preparing for our first sailing yacht adventure, I came across this video while searching for yacht-related content. It wasn't until the video ended that I realized it was from The North Face channel. However, the stories of the family in the video, the breathtaking yet terrifying landscapes of Antarctica, and the overall atmosphere were mesmerizing. The 44-minute video felt like it passed in less than 10 minutes. The visuals, sound design, and storytelling were simply outstanding. Ah! I regret watching this video before going to bed. I feel like I won’t be able to sleep tonight. 🤣

I can’t imagine the anxiety she felt knowing there’s no hospitals around if things went south. Life is a dream and it can be anything you make it and it’s beautiful to see people that haven’t forgotten that. ❤ thank you north face and thank you to the beautiful people in this documentary

Thank you for making such a great snowboard films nowadays! ❤ Xavier’s Family! The North Face and other sponsors (Rossignol, wine sponsor;) ), advancements in the camera capturing abilities, and a lot more. So, at the end, we are able to watch such a beautiful movies and ask questions ourselves… Greetings from Ukraine!🇺🇦(now in the Warsaw, Poland, due to… actually what was shown in the movie, special thanks for spreading that information (I know it was required to do by , but it is Truth what is happening, some of it). Watched this movie now after the first trip to Mountains, West Tatras, first day after the trip to “adopt back” (in 3 years, due to being locked in Ukraine, without any Freedom… terrible feeling, for me), found out it, just after the “Circle of Madness” rewatch (first was in the train back from the trip). Beautiful movies! Feeling a lot of motivation now to explore Mountains, while I am again feeling the Freedom (away from my home, but it is how it is). Having the Rossignol XV 2018 for 4 years (and for Enduro-MTB - YT Capra 2019), only. That are 2 of my so solid equipments that are both still pushing my limits (feeling so much more potential in them to do it), and I am fully (almost, trusting my intuition firsthand) trusting them. Both are like on rails when pushing hard and on the speeds. Tignes, France will show next month) (Chamonix to explore for a day). La Grave explored but on a non-appropriate board - Nitro Team Gullwing. Now thinking of buying that beautiful XV Split of this year, but it can end up in the bootpacking and ice-axes (and ski-alpinizm gear) for me as well, to skip that stage😅 still not trusting that torsional flex of split and love my Flow NX2 fastec bindings, especially in the queues, to protect the top sheet against (you know against whom 😁). You seems cannot ride powder from the top lift station, due to such a snow competition (I love to, but it is not possible), so need to reach first. P.S.: Xavier, in case You are reading this. Please continue somehow the knowledge sharing (How to XV) in one form or another on the Freeride aspects (I know it is very complex to do, but it is sooo much valuable information for the Community)… I rewatched some many times and it helped a lot + People I met in real life. And now I am sharing all it, going with buddies to Tignes in the late January.
