it does, but not for every goddamn light switch. just those that are part of a multiswitch point. only on one point on that train needs a neutral. [preferably where it starts] but thats not code either. however, everyother switch on its own and not part of a multi w/e that is only doing one or multiple things with that one switch, DOES need a neutral.

Good strategy, but the CEC 2018 now calls for a neutral at every switch, right?
