Very slick introduction to the particular nature of Lake District fell running via some of its greatest stars. Pity that the most dramatic landscapes are in Scotland and that, but for the road sign, this is uncredited.

Currently in Illinois 25mph winds slight drizzle. That video was beautiful and inspiring enough for me to go put down some miles today.

Stunning. Scenery as colourful and rugged as the folk who play on it. What an amazing place we have in the Lakes.

Not all of this is the Lake District. Some shots are from the Rannoch Moor/Glen Coe area in the Scottish Highlands.

+Mount Keen I was going to comment saying that a good portion of that footage was definitely not the Lakes

"Aah that was lovely". These were my words upon the videos end whilst i was stretching for a swim. I suppose open water swimming is much the same although i did run a river the other morning. Meditation in the midst of outdoor sport. Fantastic! ATB Mark.

the point about running just in the lakes rather than looking further afield would be better made if you didn't have to go to glencoe to shoot the visuals! Great visuals they were though- love the colours.
