Haaah. I remember the butterfly house very well. It's still one of my favorites. It was the very first house that I saw on your channel.❤❤❤This house is a great size. A lot can be done to it. I like the woodwork. I would change some of the furniture in the rooms and some of the features in the bathrooms. Outside, I would have some kind of stone instead of the turf covering. For the price, it's a real steal. I think it would be interesting to live in that small tight-knit community.❤

Been living here for 9 years and this village is the first place we looked for property, a man stopped our car in the road and told us we were not welcome and told us to get out, it’s not welcome to mainlanders at all, be very careful about buying there.

I probably won't remember to do it most the time because it usually isn't the issue but this one is in lava zone 2 because it's down in South Kona.

Putting the catchment tank under the house and out of view is brilliant. PV would be a nice-to-have. It’s a little far from town for some. Thank you for another great video.

True! You are right as most of the west side is either the district of North Kona or South Kona. But most people have come to refer to Kailua-Kona as Kona.
