Ms. Landers, while I have followed most of the other sailors on youtube for many years, and most of them are very entertaining, none are like yours. Your videos are the only ones that bring me complete and total peace. I'm 68 now with many health problems but I had my last sailboat for 15 years before having to sell it due to severe arthritis. Lauren they must have gotten a read out on slack tide. satellite position of longitude and latitude of the vessel location. I'm sticking with 50 feet... You hit the bullseye with this charter. The area between Exuma's and Grand Turks is no man's land. The objective of every charter boat should be to go where there is nobody. Your video is the first I have seen of this road less traveled. I am sad to see the trash on the beach. I believe that it's hurricane trash and not bad people. And you are moving closer to the Caribbean. Very exiting to a sailor who thought he had seen it all. If you can't catch your own food, you are not a player. Great job captain! A tip to make sailing easier. You don't have to do all this grinding on the wench. Just point the boat so the sail luffs, and you can pull the sail in by hand. Also, the fact that you pull up a chain anchor by hand is unprecedented. I have never seen a female sailor that can do this. And never seen a male sailor that is willing. For such a little girl, you must be Super Woman.

@@laurenlanders In the BLACK SEA recently, there was 5000 dolphins that died, many washed up to the shores. I can only assume it had something to do with the Ukraine war and/or the Russian Activities in that area. Here is a quote from one article: "Marine biologists and ecologists from countries in the Black Sea region are sounding the alarm, as dolphins die en masse for the fourth month in a row. Ivan Rusev, an environmental scientist at Ukraine's Tuzly Estuaries National Nature Park, estimates at least 5,000 dolphins have died in the Black Sea between March and July. This number is three times higher compared to pre-war figures, according to Rusev" My queston is I wonder if there is something illegal going on in these shelves seeing the lack of fish?

Great video Lauren, perhaps the best on your channel. Fabulous scenery, outstanding underwater shots, everything I was looking for. But the pool game? I have to look up in the rule book "sitting on the table". I couldn't find it so I guess it is Ok😆😁. Two quick questions, do you use a music service for the music on you videos. It is very good. Now from a Non-sailor, I see you pulling in the lines, stop and look up several time then pull some more several times. What are you looking for when you stop pulling, and when do you know to stop? I have seen you do this on most of your episodes, and always wondered. I didn't gush too much on you this week, it is enough to tell you what a professional job you are doing, and how much I truly have enjoyed following your adventures. As always, looking forward to your next video. Until then please be safe. I worry about you going under those ledges, and underwater caves. Be happy, I think you have that under control. 😃😁 A have a Very Merry Christmas with your friends and family. 🎅
