Hi Bob! There was quite a bit of wood in those couple tree's. What an awesome experience to have folks from a different country to hang out with. To learn some of their ways and them learn yours. Really unfortunate they had to leave home though. We don't know how lucky we are. Hopefully the next time you take them ice fishing the fish will be biting like crazy.

Great Video as normal, scary when a machine goes over like that even at a slow speed because looked like she had fallen across the patio and so easy happen with the snow drifted the way it was could happen to anyone, speaking from experience I know it could and has happend to me lol. Glad all was ok. Great day out , got to get some wood and even though there was no fishing I'm sure they enjoyed the experience. You sure cooked up a great feed there, great way to prepare the goulash separately for the reason you did. Great day out

Just because you are in wild ,doesn't mean good manners...When you serve, which I think your wife or partner suppose to at least help. you serve yourself the last and not give to yourself the most food....your guest was vegetarian and do you really think that one soupspoon of pasta will be enough for her? Because she is Slavic they politely say no, thank you, enough, but if you offer one more spoon of food she will not say no.....they even brought food and offer to you and you was not shy to stuffed everything on your plate.....that seems you are not good host.....
