Yay! MORE tunnels. I love 'em. I remember the old ones on Mount Messenger when I was a kid. Probably gone now - for "Health & Safety", don'tcha know? There used to be an excellent one running from Petone to Wainuiomata or something like that, but it got gated off. Probably been filled in by now, for the same reasons. Where did all the fun go?

Me too. I just love tunnels. My favourite so far was the tunnels at Napoleon Hill. Have you seen that video?

Hey, how long does this track take roughly, I’ve read some places about 4 hours, we are planning on heading through next week sometime and curious how long it takes, thanks 😊

Hi Megan, it's in pretty good shape at the moment so 3-4 hours should do it. We stopped to play and also cleared the slip so we took about 4 hours.
