Off-road mower ripping the mountain pt.2

Hey man, awesome channel. So i'm in the process of building a mud mower and i am swapping a 2010 17.5 Hp Brigss on to a Murray Ultra Lawn tractor (Mower) and I'm about half way done. I've pulled the 17.5hp mower engine off the Craftsman and now i just need to get the rusted pulley off of the 18hp briggs twin motor that is on the Murray ultra currently (which is blown) to be able to slide the motor out. All that to say, i have two questions. First one being, is there a trick to get a rusty drive pulley off? Second question; which is random, but where did you get your mud tire/rims?
