Are the problems with the DCT (double clutch transmission) fixed?

I believe the wet clutch is better than the old dry clutch. But, the turbo engine is just not a good idea to get 100 more HP from a 4 cyl engine. This engine will not last that long with the turbo wringing out everything from the 4 cyl engine.

@@johnsathe2429 The turbo engine has not failed. The DCT continues to fail requiring total replacement and all DCT “fixes” have been unsuccessful.

Looks like the Rear Axle is close to the Rear Bumper just like all the new cars these days. A rear ender accident is a guaranteed total loss. But what you going to do with the new government regulations on miles/meters per gallon/liter.

For as long as things get transmitted, people will be there to intercept said transmission and use it in nefarious ways. All that being said, I won't buy a car without keyless entry and start.

If you go back to the 1980s when turbo began to hit the market most of them required premium. To get the compression you need to get the power out of these tiny overstressed engines you pretty much just have to have premium. Just another reason why I’m glad I bought a V8 truck before they went away forever because of the church of global warming.

dude oils is a limited resource might as well stretch it out, and of top of that as china keeps on growing we should be limiting our reliance on gasoline. electric vehicles or fuel saving measures might not be a complete solution but honestly what ever keeps the internal combustion engine going is good on my book.

@@robertopics There is 300 years worth of oil in North and South Dakota alone. We are good. Also, the markets should determine the solution not politicians getting paid under the table.

@@robertopics ???Of course want to sell the oil. That is not only how we benefit this country but other countries. Under the Obden regime, he has shut down drilling in the US. Also, we are no longer exporting oil. We went from the worlds #1 oil producer in 2019 and 2020 to producing no oil. It is one of the many reasons under the Obdien regime gas prices have skyrocketed hire than ever before.

I don't want a digital key I like having a actual key people seem like oh it's hard to dig through your pockets for a key or making excuses and the excuses are laughable because how hard is it to go through your pocket really not hard at all people just being lazy about it shows people are lazy really badly.

I’ve been using phone as a key for 12 years… I understand you still like to write your invoices by hand, and you’re mad televisions no longer have a dial pad on the front… but things are improving, even if you find it uncomfortable to lose your routine.

Digital key is not a requirement for Hyundai, is available if you want it on your phone. Seems an easy thing to use and better than only a physical key.
