Looks like they did a lot of cooking in the rain. You sure have yer hands full. Well I know where to send people to see how bad a """Simple""" a water leak/ crappy Factory build can get. After seeing that black mold it just makes me wonder how much more mold can't be seen.

More than just cooking in the rain. They took the trailer down to South America and back and lived along the beaches, as the couple I purchased it from were both surfers. So, rain, salt water, all lead to the level of rust and rot that I came across. Eager to get up the rest of the video as you’ll be surprised how good it came out when I was done though.

Having a brainfart on a vid I just watched about a week or so ago on a teardrop & how the company has a Recommended Roof/Ceiling Weight@@TheTrailNeverEnds& how they KNOW & Don't recommend attaching other things to top of trailer. Uggghhhhhh gonna drive me nuts now trying to find it. The manufacturer (with a shit eating grin) said they were working on a way to strengthen the top to hold more weight. Which is Strange for your teardrop where the water damage was. Well you've got a new sub here for sure and looking forward to seeing what you get into.

I still wouldn’t want to add too much weight to the top of mine. The rack is just screwed into the side of the wood and if that wood is rotted at all it ain’t going to hold much.

Yeah after seeing how most trailers are made I wouldn't put anything on the top without some sort of support & a 1x2 ain't cutting it IMHO @@TheTrailNeverEnds .
