Hi. Another great video for you. I'm in Price and I love it here. I go out and ride around on my side by side and get great views and pictures of a beautiful sky.😊😊. My kids are in Vernal so I also travel up there to visit them. Utah is so beautiful I think.

Thanks Mike, reminds of some of the roads I would ride on with my Dad as a kid and about the same speed, just checking a ditch dig or clean out. Or a well being dug ,oil or gas or even fresh water well for a farm . He was on council for a while. This was so enjoyable thank you Sir, awesome.

When there was an oil bust a lot of trucks went up for sale. They did have many miles but were beat to hell on the dirt roads. Semi’s and pickups had their dashboard hanging loose after 1-2 my ears. Thanks for the ride. 🫡😂

I bet you've had a lot of comments from "downunder" thankfully we don't have too many of those roads left know mainly only on mine sites . and in some areas in the out back where we run a bit of stock "aye" .take care Mike I can sense you like what you are doing cheers "RB" Albury "downunder"

I have driven through about 38 states now. I am not a truck driver but an American citizen working in Nevada busting my ass. Utah is one of my favorite states and California may be second. California has it all except for the politics. Trees, mountains, beaches, high deserts, weather, etc. I grew up on the East coast but love the Western USA. I love the terrain and scenery. East coast is just too congested.

Mike, I hear you still talking about buying a truck. Don't forget consideration of one more factor, you are one new oil pipeline away from being put out of work. They can network all those wells together (with input metering) into one common pipeline, and totally end the need for truck transportation from pump holding tanks to your drop point. So if oversupply of trucks attracted to the honey of more wells opening doesn't get you, the high cost of all those trucks in use will make it easier to justify construction of pipeline(s).

Appreciate your concern and duly noted. However . It needs to go over a MTN.. the most cost effective way at least for the next 7-10 years is via truck.. your going to love my purchase.. coming soon to a video near you . ☮️

@@ridingshotgun1251 lol, I think they run pipelines through some mountain terrains in Alaska, Mike. 🙂 Just reminding you, my family was 3rd generation truckers, started business in 1938, until brokers took away our margins for their own benefit on loads around 2008, overloaded areas with too many outbound trucks with no back-hauls, forcing us all to return home at a loss for the round trip, for the final 3 years we operated, closing our doors in 2011. I'm seeing a similar situation for you when a whole bunch of new competition shows up to begin hauling oil in your area, attracted there by the rates you speak of. Good luck, I'll pull for you. But I don't conceal my reservations. We would still be in business if we had shut down our 10 truck fleet for a few years, and just gone to work for other trucking companies until the glut thinned out. 2023/2024 is going to be blood-bath for trucking companies, I predict.
