I seriously appreciate this video So far so good I have been following you on KZbin But Ma, I want to ask based on how u manipulated the burst up to the neck line. Can we use the sleeve measurement in this aspect or measure the upper burst line because I don't understand that part

For this tutorial, you don't need any sleeve measurement because you will be tying it around your arm. The dress is off on the shoulder by 4 inches, leaving me with 5. Out of that 5, I use 3 inches for the armhole, the top of which I connected to my neckline. Then the remaining 2 inches was used as band.
