I have loved these two sets for years! Like them so much that I just picked up two more of the Crown Victoria Fire Dept. cars. I've really gotten into collecting fire and police cars of all types. Love this video!

The MB and the HW Swat Vans are not even close to each other. I have been collecting since 1998 and no tools are shared. I do believe that one tool might have been moved from HW to MB in the 90's, the Excavator.

That EMT piece is pretty cool =) Look for the windows on some of the fire trucks to be available in either a cloudy red or a crisp red window.

There are video editing programs. Many computers have Windows Movie Maker. I bought Sony Vegas. You can insert text before, during, or after a video. If you have a program, search KZbin for people who have done tutorials.

Yes, I was at the local one today.. They didn't even have any Matchbox 5-packs.. Just Hot Wheels.. I also check out the local supermarkets toy section for cars.... So the search continues..

Mattel definitely share molds with their Matchbox and HW's ranges - that Police SWAT black van must be the same one as the HWs on but with different base plate and wheels.

First off, I am 49 =) I have never asked kids in the store what they think about me filming so I wouldn't know. I try to film when nobody is around but there have been times when people are around. I don't bother anybody so they have no reason to bother me. I don't ask them what they think about me filming. For the record, this was a Toys R Us. I have been caught here and they asked me to stop filming. It is not illegal, it is just against their rules.
