In all seriousness, it is like that question, "if you could erase/change one moment from your life, what moment would you choose?". My answer has always been that I wouldn't change or erase a thing, because good times or bad times, those are the life lessons that shape who we become and how we handle things, for better or for worse. To change or erase on thing, would in effect change everything. Even right down to who we've met or interacted with along the way, and/or who is in our lives now. And you never know among those you've crossed paths with, how that interaction, whether big or small, impacted someone else's life as well.

Anything I would want to change is either things I can start doing now, like getting into better shape and taking better care of my health. Or things that are/would be beyond my control anyways, for example, concerning my parents' health issues that they have had to deal with. Neither of which my future self would be able to enlighten me on, or help me with. It is rather a combination of what Ryan said, and Steve said. We basically live moment to moment and we never know when within those moments, whether big or small, changed things and what kind of impact they had in how our lives have gone so far or turned out. So to even try to pin point which moments to erase or change would be too daunting of a task, since they all ebb and flow together to create a chain reaction.

Actually, correction: there is one moment in hindsight that I would change. That is taking a moment to let my son hug his grandma and tell her he loved her when we took her to the hospital ER, because I didn't know that was the last time he would get to see her alive. 😢
