Michael you talked about struggling to gain weight. I was in the same boat for a long time, then I started tracking my calories and that changed everything. (I use my fitness pal app so that makes it pretty easy). If you're trying to gain muscle you need to be getting like 3000-4000 calories a day and working out enough (mostly weight training not cardio). Also make sure you get a gram of protein for every lb of body weight you have (I weigh 170 so I gotta get at least 170 grams of protein per day). Try to stick to healthy foods too like chicken and rice and probably a lot of the blue apron meals you eat, stay away from the foods that Ryan eats lol. Stick with it and you'll definitely see some gains. Also I would ask Blaine and Aaron what they do bc whatever they're doing is working

I just eat as much as I can and try to make sure that I'm getting something protein-rich with each meal. For the level I'm at, that seems to be working fine so far.

I remember going to RTX, going back up the long drive back to Brisbane, then going to school the next day. Great timing... Would be great if they scheduled it for the first holiday break. In Australia it goes Christmas holidays, Easter Holidays, Mid-Year Holidays, End-Year Holidays and Christmas again. Each holiday goes for 2 weeks, except for Christmas which goes from 6 weeks at the shortest to I think 10-12 weeks for Year 11s. But what do I care, I don't have school anymore...
