Thanks sir for this wonderful lecture but i have one doubt in sec381 in this u said that property was in possesion of his master....but in case Vallabhram clerk took paper out of possesion of any other person and falls under this sec 381 i am litle bit confuse

In possession of clerk means ultimately it is in the possession of his master in this case clerk took the paper which was in the possession of a other clerk, it means the property was in the possession of master as the clerk was holding the paper on behalf of master.

@@WaseemKhanlaw sir my question is that as u said this section is only applicable when take something from possession of his master here his master means employed by him but in Case clerk take possesion of paper from another clerk if u said that paper was in possesion of master be considered as clerks possission but here one clerk take possession from another clerk how it cover under this sec
