@WakilSaheb-dz7mh Excuse me Sir, if the Soldier fired on the Mob according to his Superior's Order. Then Isn't it cover over option :- No offense by ( General Exception 76 & 79) Or if it counts 299 and then he is exceptional for the 76 or 79 in Defense, bound to prove it during the trial?

Sir the answer of questions " a soldier fired on a mob .. bla bla ... Will be " no offence" as per the benefit of general exception sec. 76 i.e. ( act done by a person bound by law)

yes, all murder is culpable homicide but all culpable homicide is not murder because culpable homicide is genus and murder is species. Refer to case reg v govinda 1877.
