If I may ask, could Carlos or anyone on the finance side explain in one of the episodes how the market (the downside of it) impacts the business as a whole? How do you manage payments for store, employees, or general lifestyle? I assume when you make good money during a good market you adapt to a certain lifestyle as well but knowing that the market can turn around how do you prepare for that? It varies from jeweler to jeweler. I've seen some jewelers mark up gold chains 100%, while some others are closer to 20-30%. Profit margins on watches are a lot lower than that.

I must admit RM's are growing on me, the intricacy of the dials and workmanship are amazing. I see the detailing more and more the longer and more often I see them. I like both with and without beard. I have a beard myself. If you decide on letting it grow again, maybe keep it a little shorter. No beard does make you look a few years younger. But let's face it: beards are manly. I have two completely symmetric white streaks on the left and right side of my beard and it's very well received with the ladies.
