What a feast for the eyes and soul this episode was. Some super looking watches, loving the white gold watches , personally I wouldn't care if it looks like stainless steel to others, its what I know that matters :). I think they should make a pocket hologram version of Carlos so when we have some negotiating to do we can just pull Carlos out and have him seal the deal for us. Super diamond ring a the end, I just cant help loving those diamonds whether they be on a watch, ring or bracelet etc. Much love as always from London UK x

The father and the son. The experience passed down from one generation to the next. I love it when Carlos and Charlie go "fishing" together. CRM cap on their head, their reputation precedes them. I especially love seeing the reactions of other jewelers when they see our favorite Cuban duo. A form of respect is mixed with a form of amusement. Impossible not to smile in their presence. Add to that the seriousness and assured calm of Dan who walks behind and the forbidden elegance of Natalie who hypnotizes everyone around her, you have a thundering team! One sees such a cohort of merry jewelers and what can one say but: CRM! It is always captivating to witness the sales techniques of Carlos who always speaks with his guts and who makes the exchanges between traders like an exchange between brothers. I constantly smile when I see him hold out his hand in agreement without the other having agreed to anything. An implicit way to force the other to shake hands faster than expected... Carlos is not the only one to use this technique, but something in his passionate gaze makes you almost want to shake hands mechanically without knowing why... As for Charlie, his joy and love of life makes people instantly want to give him gifts (13:45) in addition to being his forever friend. And speaking of wanting to give gifts, Natalie shouldn't ask which bracelet should she get (around 25:11), but rather which bracelet will fight for the honor of being worn by her. Diamonds have no impact on her beauty. It is her charm that has an impact on diamonds. They change color and blush with intimidation. Just like the days of the week that all wish they were Tuesday. So they can be CRM day.

Hey my brother. I'm glad that you liked this episode. It was a great treat to see the father-and-son team in action again, especially when interacting with other jewelers. It was a lot of fun and we plan to do this again during this week or next. @@Crmjewelers Ha! Ha! Ha! I have no doubts about Natalie. it's not for nothing that they say that a diamond is a girl's best friend... I hope she finds her prince charming. Legit jewelry business question here, please. I’m having issues with USPS and not receiving my jewelry inventory, it’s always some issue with that carrier but recently nothing is arriving and it’s killing my sales this past two weeks. I’m tempted to fully stop buying/selling and set up a new receiving method with fedex/ups and cut out usps 100% from my business affairs but my sellers I buy from only use USPS. Should I cut my sellers out also if they don’t want to ship to me? I’m sorta damed if I do and damed if I don’t in this lack of new inventory to work with.

I wouldn’t be so quick to knock flippers or resellers. That’s where you guys make your best margins on buying - and the content you post encourages retail customers to engage with buying, selling and collecting. There’s still plenty of margin on watches when purchased at retail - when you add in a dealers cut is where your margin goes away (at least for the seller). I’ve had offers from CRM for 20% below what you would retail them for. So there was healthy margin there, just not for me…

sorry to say but masterworks is mostly shite. Most of the stuff never sells and the wins they display are the only big wins. Some of the art is not even owned by them. Should do some digging into them before partnering ;)! There also is the thing about a three-ten year holding period for art, even after a sale, before money is paid. Imagine 10000 people invested in the same painting, it is sold, after all the fees and cuts MW takes, you get what is left divided by 10000. Additionally, the company is not transparent about holdings or owners. Source: looked into it myself as diversification. Opted not too because it givs sophisticated mlm type vibes (albeit mlm is different). On topic: Always happy to see the weekly video come up :D. Found you I believe sometime end January and I started at episode 55 or so, watched to (then) episode 96 and decided that it was worth to watch from the start (as in episode 1 to now).
